3. Directly connect with the candidates regarding their profile description, availabilities, etc. and schedule their interviews
4. Selectively support administrative portions of the overall hiring process
5. Participate in the planning of targeted recruitment initiatives and/or events
6. Post recruitment materials on various online platforms and/or social media
