Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting employee engagement activities
2. Managing stakeholders
3. Planning strategically (formulating HR strategies, implementing them, and evaluating their impact based on organizational objectives)
4. Conducting onboarding, joining formalities and induction for employees
5. Boosting CSR activities bi-annual
6. Training need analysis, training need feedback, conduct training workshops, employee upskilling and training follow-ups
7. Handling the offboarding process for employees
8. Improving company culture that aligns with the organization s 4 pillars which is trust and transparency, curiosity, collaborative fun, and work-life balance
9. Addressing employee queries/ grievances
10. Handling end to end HR operation activities i.e, managing all communication with employees with respect to organizations processes and policies, maintaining employee database and records, focal reviews, handle medical insurance of employee(group or individual) and coordinating with the banker to open salary account for the employees, internal and external dossier audit, coordinating with the agencies to complete background verification etc.
