About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Recruitment activity:
1. Profiling assessment (Screening candidates)
2. Speaking to shortlisted candidates for further assessments.
3. Finalizing shortlist of candidates and profile presentation to clients
4. Co-ordinating with candidates till such time the join the client company

Client Co-ordination:
1. Co-ordinating with clients for profiles shared
2. Aligning candidates for Interviews
3. Feedback and follows

Lead Generation/research activity:
1. Connecting with senior manages in the Industry to understand if their organization is hiring
2. Researching companies who are hiring

Sourcing activity:
1. Sourcing candidates from various channels

Back end activities:
1. Connecting with 20-30 candidates on a daily basis
2. Tracking and reporting of activities

Skill(s) required: MS-Excel (Learn MS-Excel) and English Proficiency (Spoken) (Learn Business Communication)
Who can apply:

  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 9th Apr'19 and 9th May'19
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. are from Bangalore
  5. have relevant skills and interests
