Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding preferred qualifications and source leads from different portals
2. Assisting in sourcing for full-time and part-time requirements of the company
3. Reviewing and updating relevant hiring mechanisms for different positions
4. Conducting interviews, perform background checks, contact references, and select applicable candidates
5. Understanding and arranging trainings for employees
6. Managing leaves, payroll, and procure benefits for employees
7. Assisting in proposing and implementing key employee-related policies
8. Ensuring smooth implementation of the appraisal process
9. Maintaining employee morale in the company
10. Liaising with employees to understand their concerns and needs
11. Onboarding new employees, process paperwork and maintain all relevant HR documentation with respect to the company and the employees
