We re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen and hire individuals for various roles in our company. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a knack for looking at the right places and hiring extremely talented team members.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
2. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
3. Work on creating close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
4. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar field
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
3. Working knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel)
4. Prior experience in the talent acquisition role (a plus)
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
