Responsibilities
1)Support the People Partner team with key projects and BAU's
2)Help set up and improve HR processes
3)Track team goals and keep project updates organized
4)Review policies and suggest ways to make them clearer
5)Conduct external benchmarking to bring in relevant industry practices.
Skills
1)Interest in setting HR processes
2)Good at organizing, communicating, and working with different people.
3)Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Sheets, Docs, and basic project trackers.
4)Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
