About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain the database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
2. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback schedule
3. Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the recruiting process
4. Assist in on-boarding & induction of new joiners
4. Assist in interviews coordination
5. Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes
