Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms
2. Collect payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee, details of bank accounts, etc.
3. Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants
4. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates
5. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
6. Create reports on the HR-related process when required
7. Address queries and issues of workers when required
8. Review and distribute company strategies by hard copies (eg., notice board, brochures) or in digital formats (eg., email, posts on social networks/forums/company website)
9. Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
