Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Campus research, relationships creation & management - across engineering, arts, sciences, commerce universities/colleges & business schools in India - work involves the collection of data on various colleges & initiating relationships with them
2. Talent acquisition - Expanding our team with high quality hires, fast
3. Initiating campus ambassador programs at various colleges Pan India & managing the same
4. Training & development - curating training content from various public & proprietary sources
5. Content Writing - Working on creating specific training manuals, online courses & On building our employer brand
6. Assisting in video content creation for various courses we are creating
7. Social media handles - Managing social media accounts on a regular basis
8. Working with our Video & social teams to provide creative & content inputs
9. Participating in Adhoc needs for the growth of the venture
