1. Work on achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising clients
2. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites, provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits, make presentations and maintain rapport
3. Work on determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
4. Work on attracting the applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites
5. Work on arranging the management interviews by coordinating schedules, arrange travel, lodging, and meals, escort applicant to interviews and arrange community tours
6. Work on updating the job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
7. Work on accomplishing human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of every recruited candidate ).
