During this internship, you will work within a world-class recruitment team and learn everything from creating a requisition to onboarding extraordinary talents in a software product organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interacting with engineering, product, and service delivery leaders and understand their calendar occupancy and schedule appointments for the shortlisted candidates in the pipeline
2. Following up with the stakeholders - candidates, staffing vendors, interview panels and the hiring managers (in the likes of managers, AVPs, VPs, etc.) to finish the tasks sequentially in the recruitment life cycle
3. Learning various candidate sourcing techniques and search the right match for the open positions
4. Posting jobs in various job portals, social media sites and internal referral portals to attract great talents in the market
5. Researching and creating market intelligence data as per the go-to-market strategies used by the recruitment leads
In short, you will learn to become a trusted advisor in talent acquisition, master professional communication and understand the organizational practices.
