About the internship
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Update our internal databases with new employee information and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
3. Source candidates and screen resumes and application forms
4. Coordinate with Hiring Manager to schedule and confirm interviews for candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
6. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
7. Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
8. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
9. Participate in organizing company events and outings
10. Help in conducting induction for new joiners


1. Candidate must have at least 3-6 months of experience in recruitment and other HR processes
2. Candidate must be able a quick learner and good at communication
3. Candidate must have an enthusiastic outlook and be able to adapt to startup culture
