Responsibilities:

Providing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a prosperous candidate pool consistently
Reviewing resumes and job applications of the candidates
Performing phone screenings and reference checks as need
Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Managing onboarding and new hire process
Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process
