Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and engaging amazing, talented people to join the CES team
2. Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process
3. Sourcing candidates via portals, resume databases, search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language
4. Working to devise and implement creative sourcing strategies for the niche requirements
5. Working to partner with hiring/account managers and internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize recruitment needs
6. Maintaining a high standard of relationship with the account managers & keeping them informed about recruitment updates through frequent meet-ups
7. Working on recruitment research & headhunting to uncover high-quality candidates to fill roles
8. Updating recruitment trackers and sending weekly metrics report

NOTE :
1) Full time opportunity will be given based on performance during internship.
2) Only for passed-out students.
