Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the end-to-end recruitment of gig workers
2. Working on resource planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, and recruitment
3. Driving & enabling teams to achieve goals
4. Managing relationships with clients and on-ground teams
5. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per recruitment).

Pick My Work is a gig platform by Reculta. The objective of Pick My Work is to create a tech-enabled ecosystem that addresses the needs of discovery, matchmaking, work management, and payments for job seekers & job providers in the gig/part-time/freelance employment market. Such a solution is addressed not just for the graduating students but also to the much larger community of job seekers who are not able to find permanent or full-time employment opportunities.

At Pick My Work we hire, up-skill, deploy and manage gig workers to get work done on a pay-per-task model. Since our launch in October 2019, we have worked with several large companies and startups and helped them with user acquisition, customer retention & data labeling across 25 cities in India. Our expertise is in offline merchant and user acquisition. Owing to Covid, there is a massive demand for the pay-per-task model and the company is looking to expand aggressively in the coming months.
