Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Handle the hiring process from managerial level to subordinator level
2. Handle the interview & selection process
3. Work on HR strategic & policies formulation
4. Work on documentation, joining formalities, and induction process
5. Work on administrative & vendor management
6. Handle the HR compliance & payroll management
7. Work on employees engagement & performance evaluation process
8. Manage the exit interview & relieving formalities
