About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end to end recruitment
2. Create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
3. Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
4. Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and understand the fit
5. Work stakeholder management
6. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
7. Handle end to end vendor management
8. Organize and conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
