Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on a special employer branding project directly under the guidance of the head HR of Fever FM
2. Working on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media pages of the company to increase the followers and ranking of these pages
3. Working on special learning and development projects in coordination with internal as well as external trainers
4. Working on companies rewards and recognition program
5. Head hunting and helping the team in ring-fencing of the top talent
6. Coordinating with the potential candidates for interviews and documentation in recruitment
7. Working closely on employee communication
