About the internship

We are looking for dynamic and motivated HR interns to assist our human resources team in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations and an opportunity to work with industry experts.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
3. Maintain HR databases and update employee records in HRMS.
4. Help in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI).
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and training sessions.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and support policy development.
7. Handle employee queries and coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

3. Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 500000/year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (7% of revenue generated). 1. Gain real-world HR experience in a fast-growing company.
