Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting the job openings and job advertisements over the portals and then screening received applications within a stipulated time frame
2. Assisting the HR team and the seniors with interview proceedings and the formalities associated with the same
3. Maintaining and continuously updating the database of the candidates whose CVs or resumes have been shortlisted, have appeared for the interview, or have been selected/rejected/backed out from joining
4. Sourcing and attracting candidates with the help of creative yet professional use of social media platforms
5. Identifying prospects and contacting them
6. Following up with the leads
7. Creating content for branding of the firm in order to increase engagement with the clients/audience over the social media platforms
