About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on managing the end to end recruitment process including lateral & leadership recruitment
2. Identify relevant sources of recruitment, stay networked in the industry, and track movements of key potential talent in the market
3. Come up with a recruitment plan based on the approved headcount
4. Manage recruitment logistics such as the calendar and interview plans for open positions
5. Ensure a robust pipeline for all open positions and conduct pre-screening interviews
6. Track relevant recruitment matrices and manage dashboards
7. Provide support to implement new HR programs and activities
8. Work on regular and ad-hoc reporting of data that sits in the system and are utilized as mentioned above
9. Provide back-up cover for other team members as and when required

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment

2. Mus be able to join immediately

3. Must be a graduate/postgraduate from a relevant university

4. Must have strong technical skills, including Advanced Excel capability and strong Microsoft Office skills

5. Must have their own personal laptop as the organization will not provide one

6. Must be able to work for a minimum of 6 days in a week
