Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment
2. Managing bulk hiring
3. Sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals
4. Headhunting profiles as per requirement from various job portals
5. Planing interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews .
6. Coordinating and conducting walk-in interview drives
7. Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
8. Keeping records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
9. Handling salary negotiation
10. Preparing offer letters
11. Coordinating with candidates for pre-medical requirements
12. Maintaining a complete MIS
