Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
3. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
5. Provide support in employee relations activities by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
6. Assist in HR analytics and reporting by generating and analyzing HR data in MS Excel.
7. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, and maintaining files.
