This internship position offers a wonderful opportunity to learn and gain experience in the human resources field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates from diverse online channels and screen incoming resumes and application forms
2. Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates as necessary
3. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
4. Present curated shortlists of qualified candidates to founders and hiring managers
5. Collaborate with managers to anticipate future hiring requirements
6. Maintain a continuous hiring pipeline to consistently source qualified candidates
7. Handle internal HR operations and address employee queries as needed
