About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing & screening and shortlisting resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals or else internal reference, headhunting
2. Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype, and personal interviews
3. Developing customized sourcing strategies for each mandate in terms of talent pool generation
4. Sourcing the profiles through job portals, social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook
