Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilize tools such as job portals, LinkedIn and other social channels completely to source candidates
2. Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
3. Build relationships with team members and the candidates
4. Identify the company's targets, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates
5. Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews
6. Generate job postings on job boards and internal/external website
7. Conduct telephonic round of the candidates
8. Explain the steps of the interview process to candidates fully so that candidates are clear on expectations
