Please note that this is full time opportunity as permanent profile. The day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding client requirements, mapping, initial screening/candidate interaction, meeting/interview scheduling, etc.
2. Manage and prioritize multiple positions effectively along with other recruitment-related operational work
3. Analyze talent trends in the industry and provide inputs
4. Work on talent mapping at sectorial and functional levels for mid to senior-level positions
5. Understand the client brief and source potential candidates
6. Source profiles/resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
7. Work on candidate assessment at the primary level, based on client requirement
8. Work on scheduling/coordinating interviews and follow-ups
9. Maintain MIS/trackers/status reports
10. Assist in business development initiatives
11. Provide support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process by devising innovative ways
12. Stay updated with current recruitment trends
