About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on utilizing data and existing tools for the purpose of reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
2. Handle ad-hoc data collation gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from varied sources, including external sources such as macro market trends, survey data, etc.
3. Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports/ dashboards, ad hoc requests
4. Gather, benchmark, and assess key data/metrics about employment trends, hiring, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, retention, and turnover rates. Identify best practices
5. Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data and audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes
6. Work on optimizing and implementing processes and systems, developing & maintaining relevant documentation
7. Adhere to policies and procedures/ standards and guidelines for data management, data quality, and data analytics
