Growth Cattalyst is looking for an HR intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, as well as strong MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel skills. As an HR intern, you will report directly to the promoter and will play an important role in the organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
2. Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheets
3. Implement training programs and initiatives
4. Coordinate employee events and activities
5. Prepare and process paperwork
6. Act as the point of contact between managers and employees
7. Work with other departments or teams to ensure efficient HR processes
