Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Taking telephonic interviews
3. Screening CVs of the candidates
4. Working on niche IT profiles
5. Working on middle and senior level IT profiles
6. Understanding the e-commerce and big data industry
7. Coordinating with the candidates
8. Understanding the statuary compliance
9. Headhunting for middle and senior level profiles
