Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the recruitment process (searching resumes, screening, and shortlisting the candidates)
2. Interviewing the candidates, scrutinizing their background & then finalizing them with proper documentation work
3. Coordinating and implementing college recruiting initiatives
4. Developing and executing recruiting plans
5. Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
6. Preparing the 2nd round of leaders for each department
7. Preparing the training manual in accordance with the HR policy and business line
8. Training the new entrants with proper orientation & getting their training done in the respective departments
9. Evaluating their performances & motivating them to perform well in their respective profiles
10. Coordinating with all the departments & ensuring that a good synergy is maintained among all
11. Coordinating with the vendors and agencies for the proper client & company services
12. Managing the office administration & maintaining the databases & files
13. Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
14. Keeping the management well-informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
