About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create job roles for clients
2. Coordinate with the team for resumes and data
3. Coordinate with the interview panel for interviews
4. Working on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on requirements
5. Source the profiles through different job portals
6. Develop customized sourcing strategies
7. Take care of the onboarding of new employees
