About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the HR officer in day-to-day HR operations under the LAMP Program
2. Assist in compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
3. Assist the HR officer in process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)
4. Assist the HR officer in developing job descriptions for the vacant positions and advertisements to be prepared and posted on job portals
5. Work on recruitment-related transactional activities (process, data, document, scheduling, sourcing)
6. Assist during the onboarding and induction process for new joiners under the program
7. Keep track of insurance endorsements for all program team members
8. Work on the maintenance of HR records and systems in a confidential manner
9. Create infographics for SOPs and policies, PPT updates to make HR PPTs creative, visually appealing, easy to read, etc.
10. Act as the point of contact for HR-related matters under the program in absence of the HR officer
11. Work on any other work assigned by the HR officer from time to time
