Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain a database of open positions in the company along with job descriptions, responsibilities and skill required
2. Source resumes and applicants for various job roles at the company
3. Reviews incoming resumes and applications
4. Do the initial phone introduction to determine whether the applicants are qualified enough
5. Schedule interviews of potential candidates with employees of the company responsible for hiring for a profile
6. Communicate with candidate timely and ensure they don't face difficulty in finding the office location
7. During this recruitment time process, assist the hiring manager
8. Create and share job offer letters for selected candidates
8. Build and maintain a relationship with the new employee from the time the employee accepts the organization's job offer until they start their new job
9. Send the new employee a welcome mail on joining and send a new employee announcement to all employees
