Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment for various business units across all levels
2. Understanding the hiring requirements of each business and designing the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet these requirements within the lead time
3. Ensuring the talent pipeline is arranged for present and future requirements
4. Working on market mapping and establishing a strong industry network by utilizing professional sites and various job boards
5. Assigning priorities to each project assigned, track the progress of each open job position and also the target deadlines for closure
6. Following up with the candidates and ensuring selected candidates are engaged until the final offer closure
7. Handling business requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation
