About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling recruiting, on-boarding, payroll, and MIS
2. Creating recruitment channels and own end-to-end recruitment process
3. Implementing various communication forums to bridge the divide between employees and other functions/stakeholders
4. Servicing existing and ex-employees needs related to employment documents, benefits, etc.
