About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
2. Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
4. Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and outcomes
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Other requirements

1. A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

2. Possess a strong understanding of BPO recruitment, sourcing profiles, screening, and shortlisting.

3. Possess end-to-end recruitment, non-recruitment, and recruitment knowledge.

4. Possess the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment. tools.
