Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster, etc.)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Handle bulk-hiring for our company
8. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
9. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
10. Serve as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
