Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork
3. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures
5. Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
6. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing HR correspondence
7. Responding to employee inquiries and providing assistance as needed
8. Assisting with organizing company events and employee engagement activities
9. Performing other HR duties as required
