PVR is poised to open the next-generation, one-of-its-kind cinema in Gurugram by April 2020. This cinema, called PVR Unboxed - would serve as the internal lab for innovation. This project execution is being led by the company s learning and development team. We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various L&D and HR administrative tasks and support our department s activities related to the opening of PVR unboxed.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure that the project GANTT chart is updated daily by liaising with stakeholders from other departments
2. Work with the HR team to recruit able candidates as per the job description
3. Closely coordinate with the HR team and L&D team to induct the joinees closer to the date of opening
4. Support the department plan in the execution of L&D road map closer to the date of opening
5. Play a pivotal role in team engagement before and after the cinema opening
6. Work with the L&D team to revamp and execute R&R within a month of cinema opening
