Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
2. Support HR operations, from documentation to employee engagement initiatives.
3. Collaborate on learning and development projects to upskill our workforce.
4. Work closely with our HR team to enhance policies, processes, and workplace culture.
