About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. End to end recruitment (Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling & following up with the candidates in all the process till joining)
2. Understanding the client's requirements and mapping the appropriate profile
3. Coordinating scheduling and conducting interviews
4. Keeping track of responses and short-listing profiles
