About the internship
We are looking for HR candidates with 0-2 yrs of experience who have great communication skills and the willingness to continuously learn and perform exceptionally. Human resources intern will assist the human resources manager with various projects related to HR recruiting like - campus hiring, lateral hiring, employee referral, IJP, ATS implementation, etc.

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and hiring portals (Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
4. Schedule and coordinate the interview process
5. Participate in the campus hiring process for Full time and interns
6. Support in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
7. Manage hiring drives end-to-end
8. Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS
9. Act as a point of contact for interviewers and candidates for a vertical and build an influential candidate relationship during the selection process
Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Any graduation, MBA is preferred

2. Previous experience in HR recruitment (6 months +) is preferred

3. Good problem solving and analytical skills

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Strong verbal & written communication skills

6. Ability to work calmly under pressure
