About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle of our company
2. Searching candidates from various job portals, social media, and through references
3. Conducting the initial interviews over the phone and lining up candidates for next rounds of interview
4. Coordinating with candidates for final interviews, taking individual feedback, and reference check
5. Negotiating with the candidates regarding salary, joining time, etc.
6. Creating & updating the database of candidates on a regular basis
