Activa is seeking a talented and energetic HR generalist to join our growing organization! From onboarding to culture building, you will have the opportunity to help shape our people strategy in making our employee experience meaningful and valuable. You will be responsible for implementing a wide range of personnel programs, policies, and procedures as well as develop and manage existing internal programs that will enable our innovative staff to thrive.
1. Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
2. Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
3. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
4. Keeping a high level of confidentiality at all times
5. Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
6. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
7. Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
8. Participating in process development and process improvement teams
9. MBA preferred.
