About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drive end-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing offers/onboarding
2. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires
3. Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.)
4. Manage payroll inputs, reimbursements, and coordinate with finance for timely disbursals
5. Support performance review processes, learning initiatives, and culture-building activities
6. Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance-related processes
7. Organize team engagement activities and build a positive work culture
8. Handle day-to-day HR queries and resolve employee concerns with empathy
