3. Support HR administrators in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends using MS Office and MS Excel.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
