About the internship
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
3. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
5. Conduct research on HR best practices and support various HR projects.
6. Help with the development of HR policies and procedures.
7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Other requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
