Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling employee engagement & end to end HR activities from joining till exit
2. Handling the payroll process
3. Managing HR reports
4. Training and development
5. Salary/leave and attendance management
6. Conducting orientation and training programs
7. Appraisal management and managing rewards & recognition
8. Bulk hiring & campus recruitment
9. Employee welfare & engagement
10. Handling job portals
11. Managing general administration work
12. Coordinating with other departments for the facilities
