2. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
3. Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, previous employers, etc.
4. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
5. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Contact references and perform background checks
6. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
7. Sharing feedback with the employee after the interview. In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding
8. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
9. Analyzing job duties, writing job descriptions, and perform job evaluations and job analyses of work progress of employees daily/weekly/monthly
10. Developing the code of conduct for the organization. (examples are the company's values, employee behaviors', dress code, tardiness/absenteeism, leave policy, harassment, abuse, bullying, confidentiality, etc.
11. Preparing MOU, MOA, and other documents for the company
